Does Cothams in the City have the best burger in Arkansas?

I just saw where the Food Network has an article published on their site titled 50 States, 50 Burgers. Apparently their resident "burger connoisseur" scoured the 50 states to find the one "must have" burger in each state. Low and behold, Cotham's in the City's Hubcap Burger was chosen for Arkansas. World of Pharoahs exhibit on display in Little Rock
